Increasing Interest in INFI

INFI partnered with Bandalier in late 2022. They needed to solve every sales leader’s favorite problem: they had too many inbound leads.

INFI’s self-ordering kiosks help restaurant owners reduce labor costs while accelerating service – all while delivering improvements in customer satisfaction. Coupled with a powerful, simple management portal and countless POS integrations, their popularity kept growing.

Zachary Gaskill, INFI’s Sales Director, knew exactly who could help. As a Bandalier alum, he knew we could build the team he needed fast. Back in 2018, Zach was one of Bandalier’s first sales leaders. His experiences helped our team develop the Program Manager role, as well as the training and coaching structures that evolved into Bandalier University.

Zach needed to grow INFI’s sales team – and he needed to do it fast. He was building from the ground up and needed more hands on deck to keep up with inbound lead volume. Between referrals from existing customers, new connections at conferences, and buzz from winning industry awards, they needed to work with thousands of inbound leads each month.

Two New Team Members Stay on the Leaderboards

Bandalier built a two-person outsourced inside sales team that was ready to ramp. With our Program Manager, Andréa Dow, coaching them to success, the team grew fast.

Our first team member, Thomas Fuzia, had recently graduated from Binghamton University, and he was ready to launch his career. He excelled throughout his Bandalier University training, and that momentum carried him forward as he grew in his new role. 3 months later, he moved in-house with the INFI team.

Shortly after, Matthew Alaimo joined the INFI team. He was a top performer with one of Bandalier’s past clients, and he was ready to tackle a new challenge. Matt joined INFI’s in-house team in early 2023.

Almost a year later, Tom and Matt remain at the top of the team’s leaderboards. By leveraging the skills they developed at Bandalier, they’ve been able to connect with thousands of leads to help INFI keep growing.
